Wanted to speak to Vodafone account holder but had no idea of my name. Spam.

Call from Green Energy Initiative. It was clear this was an automated conversation. Told me it was not a sales call as it/he was not selling anything. I asked if it/he was a charity and it/he replied that it/he was not trained to answer that! It/He started to ask questions about my property. I asked which one (I have only only) but it/he answered it/he was not trained to answer the question! After any difficult questions from me there was a long pause while the computer sorted out a suitable reply. In the end it/he said it/he had all the information and ended the call. I gave no information to it/him and will be reporting the matter to the ICO. Any marketing call is a sales call.
