This man has called many times claiming to be different businesses and always says, "can you hear me" to start with. He's just another evil theiving b*****d. They all ought to be put in jail.

Calls from this number are not from a real person. It is a recorded voice that is intended to deceive the recipient into thinking they are talking to a person in order to gain sales leads. They start by saying 'can you hear me?', so that you think it is a genuine person calling you. This call was offering discounted windows, and I replied with the word 'SPAM' to every sentence. They just carried on talking. I had a call from the same number yesterday offering insulation, and I replied 'FISH AND CHIPS' to every sentence, with the same result.
