Man rang asking to come check heat loss through our windows, claimed it was for government energy rating. I refused. Felt suspicious.

They rang me and when I answered they hung up. I only rang them back to see if it was from the nhs as I’d recently had a mammogram and thought it was important, but when I rang up they answered but didn’t talk, so I ended the call straight away.
