Rang this morning,I didn’t answer but googled number then rang it back, just an automated robot voice, as others here have said, saying Energy Department! Nuisance call!

Rang twice once on mobile and then on land line, on both occasions they failed to reply, same number called last week ref boiler cover under guise of British Gas.

Rang number back as was waiting for oil delivery. Automated voice says welcome to energy press 1 to speak to someone but when you do it just repeats same message. Looking at other comments this is clearly a spam call.

Tried to get me to pay for a sim for my phone when I didn’t need one. Hung up when asking for sort code re bank. They did get my email address and home address
