Caller "Leo" said we have been paying TV maintenance to Sky Assured Maintenance, (we have not), and unless pay next instalment will be breach of contract. Total scam, but actually knew our name.

Wanted me to renew an insurance subscription (unknown to me) for my television. I refused and he said penalty charges would be applied to my account immediately.

They claimed there was debt collection related to energy bills sounded like a scare tactic to get details or payment. DEFINITELY SCAM dont engage.
