The woman was very pushy asking me to verify my details and agree to a call from their booking team regarding loft insulation. She refused to acknowledge my request to end the conversation because we had no time to deal with the matter at the moment and kept pushing so I just hung up. Thankfully without confirming any property or personal details.

They told me my house was eligible for free loft insulation and tried to rush me into confirming details. I asked which official scheme they were calling from but they avoided answering properly and kept repeating scripted lines. It felt like a typical insulation scam targeting homeowners.
