This is the customer service department at Fasthosts, they were a very persistent caller and I eventually took their call. It turns out they just wanted to check that I'd got a domain set up properly (which I had).
Not sure why they didn't just leave a message or send an email instead, the behaviour appears very spammy / harassing, but I expect they'll stop now I've spoken to them. The calls (from this and other numbers) just appear as being from Gloucester but aren't linked up to a company. They could do better, but this is not dangerous.
