I didn't bother answering as I was eating my lunch. Scammers always call at meal times. If a call is important they will ring back. Other users say caller is hard selling energy products.

Have put neutral only because have received many calls lately from scam local energy suppliers. All different number from various parts of thecountry so now do not answer until a message is left. Again this number declined to leave a message so believe a scam. Be careful.
