Also had the same, persistent and polite but insistent and asked me for personal information. Declined and they have kept calling so have now blocked

Claiming to be EE, saying the will be delivering a new sim card tomorrow to my registered address as phone will be cut off by 25th Feb.... asked if I was account holder, which I'm not as company phone.... they hung up! Deffo scam!
