Called pretending to be mobile provider, they even sent me a pin code. Assume they are scammingpeople via proxy so somehow they genuinelygain access tou your account. This is dangerousdo not answer and block

Claimed to be from tesco regarding my sim card, when I told her I wasn't with tesco she began naming other mobile networks hoping I'd stop her when she got the right one. I asked if she was scamming and she said yes and then told me I could hang up!! Block the number... They admitted to being scammers.

Scam! Trying to pretend they are from o2 and going to deactivate your account. Wanted name, address,m and to know when im home. Block!!!!

Claimed to be from O2/Virgin Media and that my account was going to be deactivated within 24 hours. When I told her I didn’t believe that was true because I don’t have an account with either of those providers, she hung up pretty quickly.

Never answered but checked number on here. Said they left voicemail but I don’t have voicemail. Scam as far as I’m concerned

My experience earlier today was similar to the above reports. Claimed to be from Tesco mobile. I kept her talking for several minutes before telling her that I was not giving her any information. Obvious scam.

Just had a call, couldn't really understand what was being said...just claiming that something would be deactivated. I hung up and they called back immediately. I didn't answer. I tried to ring them back and the number was unavailable. Scam!

Claiming to be from o2 advising that my SIM card is due to expire.

Claimed to be Tesco Mobile and told me I need to get a new SIM card as mine will stop working tomorrow. Wanted to transfer me to a supervisor to arrange delivery. Told them I’ll go to my local store to sort this out and hung up. She immediately called me back and became quite pushy!
