Wesley from BT wanted to change my broadband plan sent a pin number by text from BT told him I think I just another scammer and ended the call no idea if he was from BT

Said she was from bt (came up as ee), knew my name but referred to me as by my initial. BT who I'm with, always use my first name. I switched from EE to BT several years ago after they'd merged, but EE immediacy called me at that time trying to persuade me back..weird. As soon as I said not interested she hung up, so although it might be an EE number it's definitely a sales call reading from a list. I've called it neutral because it's not spam or harrassing me (yer!)

Third call from this number . Caller said he was Kieran from BT and he wished to speak to my husband about our broadband. Declined to speak to him as unsolicited call.

I am not with EE and they have been calling every day for the last few weeks, sometimes more than once a day. I don't answer, not clear enough to get the hint I don't want to speak with them. If it was something important surely they would leave a message!
