got called this morning , SKY package cover now overdue payment, Rob, told me my sky package needs to be payed. I expalined our Sky has not worked for so long, and have updated payment three times after four calls from you, and money gone from bank and still awaiting refund for overpayment, you have all my card details address and account number dont you ?? again told i need to speak to payments department --- Asked when can someone come and look at the machinery Told he will arrange this and contact me . I then exclaimed a little loudly I think i have been scammed with the previous payments OH dear i need to speak to the bank So after 5 mins I had a fun start to the day, Rob had time wasted, He should spend more time working on his accent, And we have never had Sky , again told I need pay for package when can you send someone to sort this out so we can watch Sky , before I hung up.

Another energy related call offering to review my gas and electricity charges. They pushed strongly for information about my provider and contract which did not sound legitimate.

I chose not to answer this call. Looking at other reports about the number it appears people believe it may be linked to scam activity or nuisance calls, so I avoided picking up.

We have taken 8 calls from this number this morning and another number I previously reported. Said she was from British Gas, NO NO NO. If you hang up they will call straight back from a different number. I have told "Erica" "Sarah" I will be reporting them and for now, the calls have stopped. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
