Loft insulation scammers. They are using multiple numbers starting 014335000**....TPS aren't interested, Why not, isn't that their function to stop these people!!

I have attempted to report this number to BT via their web site and Telephone Preference Service . But neither will allow me to register a complaint as they state its Not a valid phone number!? why when I have the number registered in my hand sets.

Called 5.35 Friday evening. Said this is a scam call, I am registered with the Telephone Preferences Service, I am a tenant if a housing association. He shouldn't have called and was reporting him to the TPD

Stated my property had come up re something to do with energy. Didn't let him continue because I suspected it was a scam. He had phoned on an old office number I have retained in my home, even though I retired over 2 years ago and vacated that office it was linked to nearly 6 years ago. I therefore asked what property he was talking about. He went silent for some moments, as he obviously had no idea who he was phoning or where I was. I then told him to f... off, you f...... scammer and put the phone down. I do not usually swear but scammers really annoy me and should end up in jail, or worse!!
