Pretending to be calling from three and needed to send a new sim card over due to the three and vodafone merger. I told them i believed it was a scam and they put the phone down

Earlier, I said:
This number phoned us, asking "are you the property owner" and wouldn't reveal from where he was calling.
When I ended the call, the caller rang back - 4 times so far - mouthng some very explicit insults.
He has now called us back NINE TIMES.
And when the call isn't answered, he's resorted to playing music to try and fill up the voice mail system...
