Picked the call up and the person on the other end asked for a member of household by name "is that Mrs...........", when asked who was calling they started their "spiel". I told them they weren't allowed to call the number as it was TPS subscribed and they degenerated into aggressive abuse. Definitely a Scottish accent, but a really rude person (female)
