Rang me 3 times today posing as Scottish power about a smart meter . Rang me 3 times yesterday. Asked for dob email etc. refused to give it to them. Have now blocked their number.

This number rang my partner today saying about getting new meters, which has been on going for months so he automatically thought this was Scottish power as that's who is with, then they asked him his full name, address and date of birth, which is worrying them having this information, my partner had a massive breakdown a couple of years ago and he just takes everything as true and believable whereas before he wouldn't have even took the call let alone tell them his name etc, it's so worrying

Scottish Power. Phoned twice last Friday. Second time I told them I’m not interested in a smart meter at the rental property. I informed them that I’d already spoken to someone before to explain this and asked them not to call me about this matter again but here I am again today saying the same thing. Yet they still haven’t contacted me about the nearly £300 gas only bill they sent me for an empty property. Think I’ll switch providers!

It is hard to stay respectful when they call your number after you have made it clear that they are harassing you
