My phone was ringing from this number and the call said POTENTIAL FRAUD so I didn't answer. A search for the number brought me to this site.

Indian - definitely scam. Claiming to by EDF Energy. When I told them I couldn't understand them, they hung-up.

Said that she was from Yu Energy, asking for various information. My colleague ended the call, she rang back and demanded to speak to my colleague. When she was told that they wasn't available, she put the phone down on. Always the same rubbish call and very persistent. Definitely a scam, we have an energy broker and don't even deal with the account directly.

This number called claiming that our company had been incorrectly charged by British Gas. Said they had charged us for the incorrect gas, for another address at a similar postcode rather than our own. Demanded to know information from our last invoice etc. When I accused them of fraud, they denied that they had said they had billed me incorrectly, and refused to put any communication in writing. Then accused me of not being willing to rectify the situation when their rectification was to tell me I had been overcharged but refusing to offer me a credit for the supposed overcharge. Complete rubbish. VERY DANGEROUS SCAM - BE CAREFUL.

said he was from british gas and trying to get me to get the bill as meter number is incorrect. when i told him i did not have an invoice to hand he (asian accent) was saying this will only take one minute. would not take no for an answer.

Called and stated the name and address of our company, said there were technical difficulties regarding invoices but refused to say where he was calling from. Very convincing scammer AVOID

energy scam , demanding to speak with the account department about energy contract.

Had a guy claiming to be from eon next ring first with most of my details just the reading wrong and my contract end date wrong. Really dont know how they got this information from. Spoke to eon and they dont reconise the number. Just had a woman with the same information ring but this time it was term date wrong. In my opion its a phishing call. But it does worry me that all the numbers match up,

Offered help with energy savings but it sounded fake and scripted.
