lady rang up from british gas wanted to cover my boiler in case of breakdown asked to speak to the man of the house wanted to know my postcode, I accidentally gave her a false postcode which up set her i asked were she lived and she put the phone down on me.

Pushy saleswoman from call centre, claiming to be from British Gas. Wanted bank details to confirm our contract and her insistence made me suspicious and hang up. Will block and report.

Human talking about insurance for appliances. I declined his offer. He mentioned Legal & General, so I reported the phone number etc to L&G as a scam.

I think it's a human, not a bot, but still harassing (warranties and insurance for household appliances) and I told him where to go before hanging up and blocking the number.
