Answered the call and they said just 1 word, 'GOODBYE' then hung up.

Call saying its from 3. The same that will send me a new simcard so I can enjoy the merge of 3 with Vodafone at maximum. And with this merge, it will save me money by reducing my monthly payment... and finally want my details and bank details... very very weird conversation and I turn off the call. Have contact 3 that of course didn't know nothing about nothing. Scammers be aware.
