Caller said they were my local energy adviser, but I’m in Manchester and the number isn’t even close to being local. Clearly a nuisance.

Tried to call yesterday from a number with the last digit being a 7 instead of today’s 8. They didn’t speak or respond but I could hear noises at the other end.
