Just had the number call me - accent was not British so possibly overseas! said he was calling about mis-sold finance on a car purchase. When I said I had not been mis-sold a car finance he asked me why I was a liar and hung up

Called me a few moments ago, only got part of my surname right so realised it was some sort of scam. He (from the hubbub in the background overseas call centre) said he wanted to speak to the person whose name he got wrong as he was a Private Investigator. I asked for his name and company he said Samir Khan from Money Advisor who were highly recommended by Trust Pilot. I asked for a direct number and he said same as appeared on my screen. He then hung up,
I think he realised I was not taking him seriously 😛
