had text asking about Tesco payment to give them a call to confirm. Called the number on behalf of my Nan, and could tell straight away was a scam. guy on the phone was rude and said 'do you want me to help you madam' please don't be fooled. my poor Nan would of fell for it.

Text message received from 07938905460 giving a 6-digit code to confirm a transaction for £358 to Argos, and stating if this transaction has not been made by you to call Barclays on 01264 513014. THE NUMBER GIVEN IS NOT BARCLAYCARD. Scammers are answering any calls to that number as Barclaycard Fraud Department - this is a lie!

Had a text message from them pretending to be Barclays asking to confirm a payment to Argos... SCAM..!

I think this is a scam, got a message to authorise a code for payment to Argos. They just want you to ring and say, oh no it wasn't me and you'll probably be put through to a scam operator

Wanted me to phone them pretending to be Barclaycard.

Had a text message from them pretending to be Barclaycard asking to confirm a payment of £358 and to call this number. I immediately called Barclaycard who confirmed no such payment made and to delete the text. Be warned people, always call the provider first to check.
