My husband was contacted by this number regarding new phones. They offered him a set of ear pods or Apple Watch. He is now on the phone to the bank to see if/what they have taken. BEWARE

Received a call from someone claiming to be from 3. He gave his name as Steve Simon employee ID number 6079, and offered me 50% of my bill for 12 months. Offered a new phone which I refused, a free gift of a watch or ear pods, asked for a Security Code, I gave mothers maiden name. He then asked for my bank details so he could set up a new direct debit for the new contract, they took my details and gave me 01617646866 and it's a Chinese take away shop in Manchester. I called my bank and reported my card stolen.

Received a call from someone claiming to be from 3. He gave his name as Lucas Scott, employee ID number 6009, and offered me 50% of my bill for 12 months. Offered a new phone which I refused, a free gift of a watch or ear pods, asked for a Security Code, I gave mothers maiden name. He then asked for my bank details so he could set up a new direct debit for the new contract, after listening to all his garbage, I hung up…..15 minutes later they rang back with a number that came up on my phone as 3, a different person with employee number 6006, asking for my bank details to conclude my offer. Hung up again…..

They some how know you have had an upgrade from three recently and offer you 50 percent off which is great. He then asked me if i need a new phone and i agreed. The phone would be posted on Monday . He asked me to set a password up so i gave him a made up password. He then asked me to write down hes unique employyee number with phone number in case we are cut off. how did he know i had a sim only contract ? when he asked me for bank details i put the phone down.He phoned back on a number that came up on my phone as three. when i phoned 3 they said it wasnt them
