Received a call out of the blue, come up on my phone as possible spam.. they left a recorded voicemail asking me to call this number. I called them as I was surprised especially as it’s a debt collection agency and I have no debts or anything showing up on my credit file. They wanted me to disclose my full name and date of birth which I refused to do. They then said they couldn’t help me, so I said fine just contact me by post with all the details and I’ll take it from there. I’ve now blocked this number

I've had several calls with a recorded message asking me to contact a company called ACI on this number, (the caller display shows a mobile type number). I've done some research, and ACI appear to be a debt recovery company, I have no outstanding debts! If they are genuinely chasing a debt, they must have a postal address for the debtor, let them write to that address.

Keep calling saying we have had catalogues from them,. We have never had a catalogue from this house, asked them to remove our number they said they would still calling us,, said they are from ACI.
