I didn't answer at the time, called the number back and just got a voicemail saying welcome to the energy department. Press 1 to speak to an adviser. I just hung up.

Told me that they were from Virgin Media and O2. They generated a code and then asked me to share it with them but just them. When the code came through it said not to share with anyone. So I ended the call. They rang back trying to say that I could share with them. I ended the call telling them what I thought of them.
