Called this morning and somehow knew my name and address.said I had taken out insurance on TV but first two years were free and now he wanted to pay full amount of £360 pounds or if I paid there and then I would save 50% all I had to do was confirm the expiration date on my card, when I asked him which card he said he couldn't tell me but said card was from R B S when I said I don't use that bank he became quite aggressive and said the would take the full amount, I told him to go ahead and I hung up

This person has phoned me twice today about extending a warranty on a tv, at a cost of £300 for 2 years. He will not take no for a answer... Just hang up your phone
