Called about Homecare services which we don’t have. Pronunciation of our name was terrible and caller had such a strong Asian accent I couldn’t understand most of conversation. She was very insistent she spoke to my husband which of course I just hung up.

Keep trying to call to sell protection to my 83 year old mother. They call themselves ‘Homecare Services’. Fortunately my mother has her wits about herself and loves to pretend she is hard of hearing! We have do have BT phone blocker too, so please be careful people.

3 calls made in the space of 30 mins. Asked for bank details on 1st. Wanting to confirm bank details on 2nd. 3rd call from a supposed manager who was condescending. If it walks like a scam, talks like a scam and sounds like a scam…

I was called about a so called protection policy for my TV set from "Homecare Services" saying that my 2 year free period was finished and they would be taking payment using my debit card. I told the caller that I never purchased any such policy, but he/she was very insistent that I had agreed to the policy. I asked them to post me written details of this policy to which he /she agreed and the call was terminated. During the call I gave no information concerning my bank or personal details.The caller had a strong foreign accent and was calling from a very noisy call centre. I asked the caller where the call centre was; my request was refused.
