Won’t stop calling despite blocking them 4 times! Claims to be PCP but total scam.

Rang my mobile 3 consecutive times, I didn’t actually answer, it appeared as calling from ‘Chester’ I live near Chester & recognise most numbers that would need to call me from there so I thought it strange, have now blocked.

My phone showed the call came from Chester. I do not know anyone there so I blocked it after a few tries.
