Caller claimed to be from o2/Virgin media, sent email that looked genuine but he insisted that I click that I requested the link when the same document warned that they would never ask for customer to verify email address and to end the call. Didn’t want to listen and couldn’t explain the wording contradiction. DODGY

I have been rung every day for 3 days on different Chester numbers , only last 3 digits change .. claiming to be from My Car ?! Very insistent , mumbling over name , trying to get me to say Yes , I just hung up .
