missed the call (fortunately), but when I rang back it went straight through to a lady saying: "welcome to energy department, press 1 to speak to an advisor". Sounded almost like an AI voice I imagine, as it was American too and I live in England. Anyway, I don't know of any 'Energy Department' ?!?! (the name sounds made up and doesn't make sense) Who knows what kind of scam they're running, but I sure wasn't going to press 1 to find out!! Stay safe out there :)

Call came through with a woman speaking but the background noise was so loud it sounded like a busy call centre. Could not clearly understand what she was saying at all.

Identified as a Sky call centre despite no prior relationship, so treated as nuisance.
