Foreign voice call about broadband, ignored and blocked.

This number is nothing but harassment every few days and needs reporting I’ve told them every time stop ringing I have reported them so hopefully something will be done

Two calls this week offering to arrange an appointment with Openreach to upgrade our internet copper cable to fibre. When I told them it has already been upgraded they told me that there had been an imrovement since my upgrade, although they didn't ask when this was. I was then passed to a "supervisor" who went though the same questions. I eventually ask how this scam worked and what they gained by it, it which point they hung up.

Called our office claimed to be from Uptel on behalf of BT Business, and wanted to book us an appointment for Openreach to come and upgrade our phone and broadband line. I wasn't convinced that it was a genuine call, and mentioned my concerns to the caller. When I said I believed we had been upgraded, he immediately hung up the call without saying anything else, which made it even more suspicious. proceed with caution

Caller talking about energy savings and loft insulation, saying they were local advisers. It did not sound credible and appeared to be a scam call targeting homeowners.
