The woman asked if I'm satisfied with any repairs done by my housing association. She couldn't tell me which association she thought I was with or which company she would feed back to (I'm actually a homeowner and not a member of any association). When I challenged her to tell me exactly who she works for, she became extremely rude. I hung up. Definitely a scam.

About Council house “reparation” She knew my name but I’m a house owner and finished the call when I said I’m not under any benefit.

A woman phoned me from this number , asking about any repairs we have had done . We are not actually council tenants what upset me most about this call is that the number that was called belongs to a family member who is a terminally ill patient that is dying . I tried to explain but they kept interrupting asking about repairs in the end I asked them to remove the telephone number from any list that they have as clearly we do not. want them to contact us . The Woman said she would only remove the number if we answered her questions . By this point I was very , very annoyed and I actually swore at the person on the phone telling her quite clearly that the phone number belonged to someone that was very very poorly again this person was not bothered . disgusting behaviour from someone who is out to scam someone.

Called regarding repairs on our property which is council, knew my name even though I am not the name on the property lease. Didn't actually give a company name just said they did repairs in line with the housing disrepair department. Still wanted to speak to me even though I said its not my house. Very pushy, interrupting often and did not want to take no for an answer.

Caller knew my wife’s name. Couldn’t make sense of the answers. Clearly a scam.

Guy from a loud call center, couldn’t hear the company name, asked about home repairs, sounded dodgy.
