'Emma' claiming to be from Sky Broadband saying there was a problem which needed fixing. Bit difficult when I don't have Sky!! Beware.

Caller claims to be from Sky regarding the expiry of a contract which can be extended at a cost or cancelled also at a cost. I put down the phone !
