Told them not to call me again and then tied 3 hours later, block caller was from the Bodmin area

Just called me, a man saying he was calling from 'the repairs team.' Then wanted information about my council property, I told him that if any of my equipment needed repairs I would be the one reaching out to get repairs not hoping for someone to call me. He hung up.

Call about mobile promotions and SIM changes. They pushed discounts but never said which network clearly. Very dodgy and misleading call.
