A foreign caller claimed to be from Sky/the sky. The source of the call was Bodmin and when asked which part of Cornwall are you calling form the call shut off. Very amateurish.

Claimed it was about energy efficiency. After I said I was already efficient, they insisted I was not and kept pushing.

SCAM. Usual nonsense about appliance cover. Repeated the same questions over and over.

Calling about domestic appliance insurance. Very persistent and rude. Has called my mother several times over past week harassing her.

Keep getting calls from ENERGY DEPT. the calls come from all over the country to both mobile and house (voip) phone. I have rang these numbers back and the same message, press 1 to speak to an advisor…..I press 1 and the same message is repeated regardless of the number of times I press 1. I keep blocking but unfortunately VoIP doesn’t give you that choice. Thanks BT

Said local advisors were offering insulation checks. Spoke quickly and would not slow down when questioned. It felt designed to confuse people into agreeing to something.
