Missed the first call YESTERDAY and today answered the phone just to be told “goodbye” and the phone hung up. Obviously spam

Has been repeatedly calling my elderly mother regarding appliance insurance discounts. I picked up the phone this time and listened to his persistent claims of a better deal etc. while I was telling him, in no uncertain terms, to stop calling, he continued completely unperturbed to talk over my voice. We are now taking steps to action my mother’s LPA for finances. Sad state of affairs
