Her voice got gradually more aggressive when I gave the same response to each question, demanding I gave her specifics. She eventually forced out an extremely curt 'thank-you', I think just before she hung up ...

Shocking experience, Amy called out of the blue claiming they ring every year (not true), she said she had some telephone questions to ask. I politely said it was not of interest to me but thank you for calling. She effectively said that if you don't answer my questions then we will keep calling you.
