I was asked if I was the home owner. No answer from the person calling. I put down phone picked up again a few minutes later and line was still open. Tried again few minutes later and line was OK. IT WAS SOMEONE WHO DAIS THEY WERE ENERGY SUPPLIER. I FELT IT WAS A SCAM.

The usual local energy adviser scam. This one claims to be Gabi and I stopped her in her tracks by insisting that if she is the local energy adviser (as if there were such a thing), which area does she cover? She couldn't answer so I cut her off and blocked using 1572. She would no doubt have tried to tell me that my loft insulation was illegal.
