Call took a while to connect, someone had my first and middle names but from several years ago (these have been changed). Hung up when I said I didn't know the person he was asking for.

0113 is a Leeds UK area code. I did not pick up. In view of other corespondents comments I have marked this dangerous, as I suspect the call was routed so as to appear that it had originated from Leeds. Marked as SCAM!

Caller had my first name, said he was calling about PCP reclaim in relation to the car i bought since 2007. Problem is I've never driven or owned a car. Told him that and he didn't seem to understand. Blocked the spammers!

Sounded like an Indian call centre. I obviously went off script asking what sort of scam he was calling about. He denied that it was a scam call as he was ringing about a government EPC. When I asked about the noisy background that didn't sound very professional, he hung up.
