If you've decided that Phonely is no longer for you then all you need to do is give your new provider permission to port your phone number over to them. If you are still within your initial 12-month contract then you need to continue with your monthly payments until your contract expires. Alternatively, you can call our team to see if we can give you the option of ending your contract early. If you decide to switch providers after your initial 12-month contract we will only require 30 days' notice for closure of your account. This is initiated once we have released your number to your new provider. Please be aware that we may charge an admin fee to port your number away.
