Definitely a Scam - no official company who is trying to offer you rates on your mobile contract would be calling you from a public mobile number. They also got the provider I'm currently with wrong, didn't actually ask to confirm who they were talking to etc.

Left a message as they are from my “business mobile account”, even I have no any business mobile account or ever had 🤦‍♀️, and they have a cheapest rate 😬. Definitely SCAM number.
