I just received a call from this number, that appears to be promoting a company called "Solar Incentives" - apparently because my details popped up somewhere that I was investigating solar panel installation (I have been doing this). From the style of the voice, it sounded like an AI chatbot that was asking if I'd like to speak to one of their sales people. Since I am at work, I told them I couldn't do this now. They may (or may not) be a serious company. However, generally I don't like cold calls like this.

Scammer left an automated voice call on my answerphone for a "payment verification" from "Fraud Prevention Team", asking me to press 1 if I didn't request a payment of £780. No mention of a bank name. Obviously fake, as no bank has the number they called me on.

Romainian scammers posing as car buyers. They distract the seller, then tamper with the engine and pour oil on the exhaust and into the coolant expansion tank, to simulate a major problem. Then offer to buy the car for next to nothing to "help you out".

Automated voice claiming to be an energy adviser named Jo. Repeated nuisance calls of the same nature.

User reported 0203 481 0812 as Harassing
Caller said her name was Jackie and pushed for personal details like address and postcode. Became persistent when questioned and tried to steer conversation towards insulation services.

User reported 0203 481 0813 as Harassing
Caller mentioned a survey about loft insulation but could not explain details clearly. Seemed evasive and unconvincing so call was ended.
