Received a text message from this number as I wasn't near my mobile. The text said they were from Sky Protect team, so I contacted SKY to check - nothing to do with them. They called again the next day and I answered to waste their time and give them a piece of my mind. The guy called "James" (English accent) said that I used to have SKY Protect which only protected my TV, but now I could add on 3 other devices for only £9.99 a month. Yeah, right!!! I let him prattle on for 3 minutes, then asked him to repeat as I didn't get all the information. He asked me if I wanted to start by adding my TV first. I (not so politely) told him I knew it was a scam, that I had reported it to SKY, to the ICO and would put it online as many places as I could find.

Daily calls from this and the same number ending in 5620, even on weekends. I use call screening on my Samsung which asks who is calling and why? Never get a voice message back, or an email or text, so guess it's a claims company pushing me to claim back PCP for a previous car or similar. Been going on for weeks. Im at the point of answering to find out and express my dissatisfaction, but call screening kicks in too quick.

Asked my opinion on the NHS so said I am ex-Directory & registered with the TPS. I hung up. It might have been genuine BUT if I were doing a survey I would ask if the person could spare the time, before asking any Qs.

Yet another call from my local energy advisor offering FREE quote for solar panels. I recognised her voice/accent from a previous call where I had blocked the number. When I pointed this out she carried on talking so I politely said goodbye

Claiming to relate to declined payment from Lloyds bank. Asks for keypad entries and at end wants to put you through to someone that can help which is a clear scam as if declined payment and you confirm you do not recognise it would require no further action and no requirement to speak to someone who is going to claim to be from "Lloyds Bank". Scam that engages you through series of questions that will lead you to being put through to a possible scammer.
