The only reason I have put neutral is because it's the first time I have been contacted by this number. When I answered & said hello, it was silent & after saying hello again, THEY ended the call. In my opinion, when people don't acknowledge you when you speak then this is suss & could turn ot to be dangerous, so be careful..!!

Was silent when I said hello the first time, second time I said hello they said there were my phone company and asked me to scale 1 to 10 on my experience with them and if I was happy with the service. Which I responded. And Then said have a lovely day and put the phone down.
