told us our existing insulation could cause damp and is ineffective (both lies)
PU insulation is the same material as Grenfell Tower, and can cause damp and other structural problems

A nuisance call from yet another number in this series. TPS does nothing to block them, probably another windows and doors sales pitch. Frustrating, feels like spam or possibly even a scam.
