Dialed claiming carrier rep pushing chip swap for better service. But i aint with them and when pressed for proof they bailed. These fakes spoof big names to hook upgrades that steal data or charge bogus fees. Always hang up and check direct with real support to avoid the trap.

Cell plan con. Never answer unknown cold caller. Report all scam attempts onto the official police and Ofcom systems set up to deal with them. Text phone aids a bunch.
