We have received numerous phone calls from this number claiming to be our energy supplier, wanting to know all our invoice information, saying that they have incorrect information on their system. Even though we have told them we are with a broker, they then rang us pretending to be our broker! Very Dangerous do not trust them.

HAD 2 CALLS NOW IN LAST FEW DAYS..CLAIMED TO BE FROM SCOTTISH POWER METERING DEPARTMENT ALSO FROM BRITTISH GAS. WOULD NOT LISTEN. VERY RUDE. INSISTED ON INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS BILL. BE WARNED !!

Posed as power firm rep next and chased for profile check. Keeps ringing even after i tell em quit.

Energy Scams- claims to be from octopus. Has meter information to try and get you to release information

Foreign man claiming to be from Total Energy saying there had been technical faults and he needed some information from recent invoices because customers are being overcharged as meters and serial numbers weren't matching. He called daily and something seemed off. As soon as I started asking questions about why he was calling instead of our energy supplier, he hung up.

A lady claiming to be from Shell Energy saying our Electricity meter needs an update. We don't use Shell Energy. She said it didn't matter where she was calling from, the meter still needed attention. I hung up.

Claimed to be from Smartest Energy. Had basic info on our electricity account. Attempting to find out more information, asking for account number etc. I hung up.

Caller from so called energy unit pushing free loft fill ups to slash costs. Had vague info on my setup and pressed for quick sign up. Hung up when i asked for official id. These fakes prey on bill worries to slip in bogus installs that trap you in fees.
