Noticeable pauses before the lady spoke, the intonations of each word at the time made me think the caller was an AI bot. The caller had the name of a high position person in the company and asked for them, and mispronounced their surname. They then asked if they are the best person to speak to about business software. I directed them to email us and we'll pass onto IT. They asked if it's still Mike in I.T - this is false information and noticed a lot of scammers will give a name out of thin air to make it seem like they've been in touch with us before. Call is not genuine.

Foreign female spoke after a very long pause. Said she was from Domestic & General. Spam call. She hung up.
