Caller claimed to be the energy advisor for my postcode and said my home was listed on some kind of register as having outdated loft insulation. Classic scam approach.

Almost certainly a call centre scammer. Caller hung up as soon as the answerphone picked up. Best ignored.

Caller gave a name and claimed to represent a doors and windows company. Given that others have linked this number to energy and solar scams, this appears to be another fraudulent call. Did not engage further.

Cheerful female voice said I had appeared on their list as potentially eligible for solar panel assistance, and asked if I was the homeowner. I informed her clearly not to contact me again.

Typical energy advisor type call. Caller was polite enough when asked not to ring again. Not enough information to be certain it was malicious but it has the hallmarks of a scam.
