Woman claiming she was from Medical Alert Services knew me by name and said she had a new device for me. I already have such a device from a similar sounding company, paid for by my local council, so this confused me. Her high pressure sales talk was distressing, particularly as I have just come out of hospital, having had a major heart attack and I am on the TPS register. I've reported her to the ICO.

Double hit today initial chat with spouse on cheaper gear protection but rushed out so couldnt continue second one i took and pushed for lower rate but they dodged my questions on real savings and hung up when i asked for proof of legit outfit these cons prey on folks looking for deals so always verify direct with your provider to avoid the trap.
